Heritage Woods Association, Inc. is a homeowners association incorporated in the state of Maryland and located in Jessup, MD.

Our neighborhood encompasses eight streets wholly located within Heritage Woods—Redondo Way, Clemente Court, Celita Court, Cheshire Court, Smithfield Place, Fairhaven Place, Concord Drive, Sherwood Glen—and a portion of Mission Road along one side of Heritage Woods.

Our Association has 183 members, and ownership of a home within Heritage Woods automatically confers membership in our Association.

Some of the land within Heritage Woods is considered undeveloped open space and is owned jointly (or “in common”) by our members through the Association. Our Association’s primary purpose is to maintain and preserve this “common area” for the benefit of the membership.
