New Website

We now have a new website for Heritage Woods Association. The new domain name is:

www.heritagewoodsassociation.info

Please note that the extension on our domain name is .info instead of the .org extension on our old website.

The website contains an “About” section with four sub-pages: (1) A brief description of our association and its purpose; (2) A list of our Board of Directors; (3) a neighborhood map (with the common area shown in light green); and (4) A Frequently-Asked-Questions (FAQ) page. The “Contact” section has separate forms for contacting the Board about (1) general questions, comments, or concerns: (2) requests for architectural approval for major exterior changes; and (3) notifications about common area trees that need to be removed for safety reasons. The “News” section will contain current information about our association and our neighborhood. There is also a “Documents” section with three sub-pages: (1) a “Resale Documents page with “pdf” versions of documents relevant to our Association, including the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Covenants; (2) a page with postings of our Board meeting minutes; and (3) a page which will contain postings of minutes from future annual meetings. The “Community” section provides a page of useful phone numbers, as well as basic information about our congressional legislative district, state government, and county government.
